You may know this already, but the new adidas Spezial stuff is available very, very soon (Friday 11th of October, to be precise).

To celebrate, Spezial head-honcho Gary Aspden has put on an exhibition up north in the Blackburn Cotton Exchange, showcasing over 1,200 pairs of three-striped footwear, including shoes from Gary's personal archive alongside those of other adidas collectors.

Most importantly however, the new Blackburn SPZL is also on show.

We were lucky enough to be asked down to the private viewing. Here's some snaps of what we saw...

And if that's not enough, its all for a good cause - tickets for the events will require donations to Nightsafe, a charity supporting homeless people in Blackburn aged 16-24 years.

The new adidas Spezial stuff is available 11th of October.
