Here we’ve got Timberland’s Authentic 3-Eye Lug Boat Shoe, which takes the standard deck shoe and bolts a chunky rubber lug sole underneath it. The result is a boat shoe with actual grip — handy, given most boat shoes have all the traction of a bar of soap. Handsewn uppers, leather lined, 360° lacing. Brown, hard-wearing, and equally at home nowhere near a boat.
