MASSIMO OSTI

Massimo Osti spent his working life taking military and workwear garments apart to see how they were made, then rebuilding them in fabrics nobody had used for clothes. Chester Perry, C.P. Company, Stone Island, Left Hand and ST95 all came out of that, and garment dyeing along the way. These are the two books. Ideas from Massimo Osti is the big monograph, 426 pages edited by Daniela Facchinato. Obstinate is the pocket-sized one, out this year. Read the small one on the tram and the big one at a table.
