Sulphur dyeing is the old way, and it's why this canvas comes out slightly uneven rather than a flat block of colour. Jackman weave it from 90% cotton and 10% linen, cut it loose and put elastic at both the waist and the hem, which makes them considerably easier to live in than the word canvas suggests. Made in Japan, dark beige.
