Hightide have been making stationery in Fukuoka since 1994, mostly things that look like they came out of an American or European desk drawer forty years ago. The Attaché is short, a shade over ten centimetres, with a barrel thick enough to hold properly and a marbled acrylic pattern that comes out slightly different on every pen. The nib is fine and gold plated, it takes standard short cartridges, and at 15 grams you will forget it is in your jacket until you need it.
