The Wallabee turned up in 1968 and Clarks have left it almost entirely alone since, which is why it still looks like nothing else on a shelf. It is built as a moccasin, the toe stitched by hand and the upper wrapped under the foot, sat on a natural crepe sole that goes tacky in the heat and quiet on pavements. Maple is the warm mid tan in Stead suede, about as close to the original as you get.
