Two neck warmers for the price of one, which is the sort of arithmetic Elmer go in for. Swany have been making gloves and the like in Kagawa, Japan since 1937, under a name taken from a Gloversville, New York firm founded in 1893. It zips at the front rather than pulling over your head, and a drawcord pulls it in when the wind gets up.
