The V insert at the front of the collar is the giveaway: it's lifted from pre-war American sweatshirts, where it did a job absorbing sweat and stopping the neck going out of shape. Jackman have kept it on a heavyweight cotton with a textured surface, cut slightly oversized, with ribbed cuffs and waistband. Honey is a warm gold. Made in Japan, in their own factory in Fukui.
