RoToTo mostly make socks, out of Nara, the prefecture that has been Japan's sock capital since 1910, but the watch cap is worth the detour. A plain 1x1 rib with enough bulk to sit properly on the head rather than clinging to it, and mostly acrylic so you can put it through the machine when it inevitably needs it. Ivy green is a better bet than another black one.
