A corduroy cap is a better idea than it sounds, because the nap takes the shine off and the thing softens round your head instead of sitting on top of it. Ralph Lauren build this one from six panels with a twill underbill, ventilation eyelets and an Oxford cloth sweatband, closed with a leather strap and buckle. Meadow Green is a mid green with a bit of dust in it.
