Loopback is the old way of knitting a sweatshirt, with the loops left uncut on the inside so it breathes instead of holding sweat against you. This one has been washed to take the newness off it before you get it. Ralph Lauren have been putting that Pony on the left chest since 1972. Ribbed at the cuffs and hem, all cotton.
