Five ounces is light enough for August and just about substantial enough for October. Big John weave this chambray on shuttle looms in the Bitchu part of Okayama, using slub yarn both ways so the indigo fades in patches rather than evenly. Triple-needle seams, shell buttons, selvedge hidden in the side seams. Made in Japan, as everything here is.
