Six Kinds of Light is a documentary highlighting the legendary collaboration between Stanley Kubrick and cinematographer John Alcott. The pair met when Alcott was working under Geoffrey Unsworth on 2001: A Space Odyssey. When Unsworth left the film, due to other commitments, Kubrick picked Alcott to take over and they went on to make three more incredibly original films together – A Clockwork Orange, Barry Lyndon and The Shining

If you're a fan of Kubrick, behind the scenes documentaries and lengthy '80s titles sequences then this is the film for you… enjoy.
