TAION

Taion is Japanese for body temperature, and the label started in Nagoya in 2016 with two things, an inner down vest and an inner down cardigan, thin enough to go under whatever coat you already had. The down is 800 fill power where most use 600, sewn with a down-proof thread and stitched after filling so the feathers stay put. What we have is the other end of the range: a reversible military anorak and a non-down reversible hooded mountain jacket, each with a second colour on the inside. Warm, and quiet about it.
