Founded by master-wave-whisperer/Conan the Barbarian star, Gerry Lopez, Lightning Bolt have been making surfboards since 1971. It may not be very in-keeping with the less than amazing weather we’ve been having lately, but seeing as we’ve just received a whole beach-shack full of Lightning Bolt stuff, it’s only right to wax up the boards, take a big gulp of sea-water and dip our toes in to the Lightning Bolt archives.
