Barbour first made the Endurance in the early nineties, and this one is based on that original, a long cotton jacket at 83cm with a drawstring at the waist to pull it in. No wax on this one, cotton outside and cotton inside, with a two-way zip and big bellows pockets with handwarmers behind them. The hood is detachable, which is as close as Barbour will come to admitting it occasionally stops raining.
