Barbour designed the Bedale in 1980 as a riding jacket, which is why it has always stopped short of the saddle. This is the Short Bedale, its own model rather than a trimmed one, cut to 70cm at the back with a tailored fit and a plain zip front in place of the studded storm flap. Waxed cotton outside, tartan cotton inside, corduroy trims. Brown, for anyone who wants a Bedale without looking like they have come straight from a shoot.
