Sale price£14.95

COLOUR: N/A

SIZE: ONE SIZE

N/A
  • Style UAC0001
  • 200ml tin
  • Barbour's original formula wax dressing
  • For all Barbour waxed jackets
  • Restores the weatherproofing on waxed cotton
  • Strengthens the areas that get most wear, or re-dresses a whole jacket

Barbour's own method is to stand the open tin in hot water for about twenty minutes, until the wax goes liquid, then work it into the seams, creases and dry patches with an old cloth, keeping it clear of the corduroy collar, the lining and the inside of the pockets. Malcolm Barbour started the company's re-waxing service in 1921, and they still suggest doing it once a year. Afterwards the jacket wants a night somewhere warm, well away from the sofa.
