Laminated rather than waxed: a cotton face bonded to a waterproof membrane, cut short at 69cm with an oversized collar and yokes front and back. Barbour have pleated the bellows pockets and made the hood stow away. The Ursula jackets trace back to a 1940 suit made for the commander of the submarine Ursula, so navy is at least appropriate.
