A five finger glove with a mitten hood folded into a pocket at the wrist, so it becomes a mitten when the temperature drops and goes back to a glove when you need your fingers. Elmer are Swany of Kagawa, Japan, glove makers since 1937, working under a name borrowed from an 1893 firm in Gloversville, New York. Synthetic leather on the palm, recycled polyester elsewhere.
