Elmer by Swany, the Japanese glove maker working under a name that goes back to Gloversville, New York in 1893. The neck warmer is reversible, so beige one day and purple the next depending on how much you want to be looked at. A drawcord at the hem pulls it in against the wind. It takes up no room at all in a coat pocket, which is the whole point of a neck warmer.
