Elmer is Swany of Kagawa, Japan, glove makers since 1937, and the Eco Fleece is their recycled wool fleece five finger with a cotton and nylon panel across the front. Lined in polyester, conductive at the fingertips, and charcoal is about as safe as a glove gets.
