C.C. Filson opened in Seattle in 1897 to kit out prospectors heading for the Klondike, and the pockets on this jacket come off Filson's vintage field coats, with hand pockets set into the flaps of the cargo pockets below. The collar is lined in corduroy and the buttons are chip resistant. It is 10.5oz cotton canvas, cut relaxed, here in Sequoia.
