Fjallraven's Bergtagen G-1000 Trousers are the mountaineering ones: Hydratic lining across the knees and seat where you'll be kneeling and sliding, pre-shaped knees, zipped vents, and leg endings cut to sit over a ski boot. Seven pockets in total. Not for the walk to the shops.
