Fjällräven's light winter cap, eighty four grams, with lined ear flaps that fold up when the wind drops and down again when it does not. Recycled polyamide on the outside, recycled polyester inside and in the wadding. It packs into a pocket, which matters for a hat you will only want half the time you have it with you.
