Fjallraven's Keb GTX Jacket is the sort of thing you buy once and then stop thinking about the weather. A GORE-TEX ePE membrane, recycled 70D polyamide on the face, and a hood that'll go over a helmet if your hobbies run that way. The front pockets sit high and vertical so a rucksack strap or harness doesn't sit on top of them. Small detail. Massive difference.
