The same sheer wind shell fabric Goldwin use for the jacket, made into a cap. Laser-cut holes down the sides let the heat out, the brim is soft enough to fold flat into a pocket, and there's a buckle at the back. 100% nylon, water repellent, partly recycled. Goldwin started out in Toyama in 1950 making socks and belly warmers, which is a fair distance from here.
