Thermolite in an oxford shirt is an odd idea until you've worn one in March. Gramicci blend it with cotton for a bit of warmth without the bulk, then add underarm gussets so you can reach for things properly. Chest flap pocket, button-down collar. Iris Stripe is a soft blue stripe. Size up, it's Japanese sizing.
