Capilene is the fabric Patagonia brought in during the mid eighties to replace polypropylene in their base layers. This is the Cool Daily, a light jersey in part recycled polyester, with HeiQ Mint in it to keep the smell down and a finish that moves sweat off the skin. Set-in sleeves and as few seams as they could manage, to cut down on chafing. The Boardshort Logo is one of Patagonia's classic surf graphics, which in Manchester is as close to a beach as the shirt will get.
