H2No is Patagonia's own waterproofing standard, and the test involves battering the fabric in what they call a Killer Wash before checking it still holds 10,000mm of water. The Torrentshell is the one that passes it for the least money. Three-layer ECONYL recycled nylon, pit zips, a hood that rolls down, and the whole thing stuffs into its own pocket. 400 grams, made in Vietnam.
