  • Oxford cloth
  • Button-down collar
  • Buttoned placket
  • Curved hem
  • Multicoloured embroidered Pony at the left chest

The button-down collar started on English polo players' shirts, buttoned at the points so they stopped flapping in the wind, and was first sold as a polo collar. Polo Ralph Lauren cut this one in oxford cloth with a buttoned placket and a curved hem. The Pony on the chest is embroidered in several colours against the True Blue.
