RoToTo took its reference from the retro tube socks worn around the American West Coast in the late seventies. The coarse rib is knitted on specialist machinery using a firm, thick cotton yarn, with a long-pile construction underfoot that gives the sole its cushioning. The blend adds a bit of stretch to the cotton, while the crew length keeps things familiar. Brown is the sort of colour that gets on with most trousers without requiring a committee meeting.
