Snow Peak's Utility Parka is 95% nylon with a bit of polyurethane in it, which keeps the weather at arm's length without weighing much. Zip pockets at the chest and hips, velcro at the cuffs, drawstrings on the hood. Regular fit, but Japanese sizing, so order a size up. Greige is the one that doesn't shout.
