The Mountain Shirt is the Buffalo piece that mountain rescue teams keep buying: Pertex outside, pile inside, worn next to the skin with nothing under it. The side zips let you dump heat without stopping, the map pocket across the front is big enough to be useful, and the back is cut 10cm longer so it stays put under a rucksack. Made in Sheffield, where Buffalo have been since 1979.
